Pricing
Cost of Certified Translation
For certified translations, we charge a minimum fee of $99 CAD plus shipping and taxes depending on your province. If your document is only a one-page document, use the form on your left for a quick and easy order. You can also use it to get an estimate if you have more pages to be translated.
Rush Certified Translation
The rush charge is 30% extra on top of the regular price. Depending on the number of pages and your required turnaround time, the price can vary between $80 CAD to $150 per page. In this case, please send a quote request with your documents and province to info@lingo-star.com. Alternatively, you can complete this form, so we can issue an accurate quote.

Our Process
Official Document Translation
Once we receive your payment, a member of our team will make sure we have all the required information and will get back to you within 24 hours. We will then assign your translation to one of our certified translators who are members in good standing with their respective provincial organizations in Canada. After the translator completes the translation, we will send you a scan for approval. Once you approve, the translator will add the declaration and seal, making it a valid document accepted by all governing authorities in Canada. The translator will send you the hard copy by Canada Express Post and we will email you the electronic version, as well as the tracking number.
